Service Description

This class is informational with a few movement exercises towards the end. We will discuss different elements and ways to find a build a persona for perfromance, then translate that into signature movement.

Cancelations must be completed prior to 48 hours before your scheduled class for refunds. Cancelations after the 48 hour window will be charged the full class price and no longer eligible for refund
